According to Montgomery, Jamie Spears allegedly used more than $2 million of his daughter’s fortune to defend his guardianship.
Montgomery also explains through her lawyer that she can’t make decisions without Jamie Spears because “everything costs money,” and all expenses go through the singer’s father.
According to the court filing, Montgomery is working to resolve the issues Britney raised during her testimony in court. To do this, she is working with her medical team to develop a plan that paves the way for ending guardianship.
